Almost but not quite

Hi everyone,

This will be my last post of 2021, so I figured it might be time to review my year, or most of it as we still have a week and a bit to go. Given the world is still caught in the grip of the pandemic, my year hasn’t been too bad. My writing has progressed, books have been released, and courses undertaken. Am I where I wanted to be by the end of the year? In all honesty, no, but some of the reason for that is me. There have been times when I’ve allowed that annoying angel named procrastination to gain the upper hand, and I will admit my backward steps did ding my confidence. But something has changed over the last month. What I can’t say, but a new sense of determination and purpose has taken root and I’m making sure to help it grow. So, the last week and a bit of this year will be spent finalizing plans regarding my writing going forward. I’m aiming to hit the ground running in 2022, and that annoying angel of procrastination is going to be locked away.

Well, that’s all for 2021, but before I sign off I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over this year. It is both appreciated and welcomed. Have a wonderful Christmas and I will catch you all in 2022!

Raven.
